Bottled water

Bottled drinking water from the well to the customer's door: the treatment line with its critical control points logged against their limits, a laboratory that judges every sample against GSO 1025 / SFDA and holds the lot until it passes, filling runs for every size from 330 mL to the 5-gallon jug with water yield and packaging cost, net content checked to OIML R87, returnable jugs with their deposits, and route delivery by van with standing orders, load, sale, VAT and the end-of-day cash count. Failed tests and CCP deviations open ISO 22000 non-conformities; lab instruments are kept in calibration for ISO/IEC 17025.

Every screen in this module, and what is on it

Read off the running application — the panels, the columns, the figures and the buttons that are actually there. Nothing on this page was written for a brochure.

What it works out

Computed by the software, checked against the running system.

The lab decides what the vans can carryIn the demo plant, 30 days of runs bottled 507,645 litres at a water yield of 72.0% — the rest left as RO reject. 97.5% of lab tests passed; the batch that failed is still on hold, and a held batch is never loaded onto a van.

And everything a factory needs anyway

The trade module is the part nobody else builds. It sits on top of a complete business system, so there is no second package to buy for the accounts, the stores, the plant or the audit.

On the same ledger as everything else

This module is licensed on its own and starts with a seven-day trial, but it is not a separate system: material, cost and billing land in the same accounts as the rest of the business.
