Steel fabrication

Structural steelwork from the mill certificate to the erected frame: heats received against EN 10204 certificates with the chemistry checked and the carbon equivalent computed, piece marks traceable back to the cast they were cut from, a nesting optimiser on twelve-metre lengths with an offcut rack, welding procedures and welder qualifications enforced at the moment the weld is recorded, non-destructive testing to the extent the joint type demands, and coating checked against the dew point and the DFT.

Every screen in this module, and what is on it

Read off the running application — the panels, the columns, the figures and the buttons that are actually there. Nothing on this page was written for a brochure.

And everything a factory needs anyway

The trade module is the part nobody else builds. It sits on top of a complete business system, so there is no second package to buy for the accounts, the stores, the plant or the audit.

On the same ledger as everything else

This module is licensed on its own and starts with a seven-day trial, but it is not a separate system: material, cost and billing land in the same accounts as the rest of the business.
