Lubricant blending

Blending plants, grease works, bitumen and solvents. Viscosity solved on the Refutas index because it does not average, a least-cost blend on the existing simplex, and the tank heel counted instead of discovered.

Every screen in this module, and what is on it

Read off the running application — the panels, the columns, the figures and the buttons that are actually there. Nothing on this page was written for a brochure.

What it works out

Computed by the software, checked against the running system.

Viscosity does not averageBlend two oils 50/50 and the result is 101.38 cSt, not the 246 a straight average gives — 142% out. It is why blending is done on the Refutas index and not on a spreadsheet.
BROCHURE

Take it to the owner

Seven pages: what the module does, the figures it works out, every screen in it, the complete system underneath, and how to book a demo — in English and in Arabic.

And everything a factory needs anyway

The trade module is the part nobody else builds. It sits on top of a complete business system, so there is no second package to buy for the accounts, the stores, the plant or the audit.

On the same ledger as everything else

This module is licensed on its own and starts with a seven-day trial, but it is not a separate system: material, cost and billing land in the same accounts as the rest of the business.
