Paper and board

The mill and the box plant. Three things run through it. Water: pulp is bought air-dry, stock is ninety-nine per cent water and paper is sold at seven or eight per cent moisture that is weighed and invoiced like fibre, so every balance here is done bone-dry and the mill can see what it is really yielding. Width: the machine makes one wide reel and the customer wants narrow ones, and the knives are set once for a run of reels, so the deckle planner produces a handful of patterns rather than a cut per reel. And strength per gramme: nobody buys burst, they buy burst index, because a heavier sheet is stronger for free and the mill is paid by the tonne. For corrugated it goes further — what the customer needs is a box that survives a stack, which is edge crush and caliper through McKee.

Every screen in this module, and what is on it

BROCHURE

Take it to the owner

Seven pages: what the module does, the figures it works out, every screen in it, the complete system underneath, and how to book a demo — in English and in Arabic.

Running a recycled mill with a box plant?

See the complete factory edition: waste paper bought over the weighbridge by its fibre, the mill, the box plant and every delivery invoiced — with a ready demo company and a full user guide.

And everything a factory needs anyway

The trade module is the part nobody else builds. It sits on top of a complete business system, so there is no second package to buy for the accounts, the stores, the plant or the audit.

On the same ledger as everything else

This module is licensed on its own and starts with a seven-day trial, but it is not a separate system: material, cost and billing land in the same accounts as the rest of the business.
