Basic metals

The mill that makes the metal, as against the shop that fabricates with it. A charge optimiser that buys the cheapest basket of scrap, iron and ferroalloy that still lands every element inside the grade window once recovery is allowed for — and that aims at the middle of the window rather than the edge, because a heat aimed at the limit fails half the time. Then the melt: samples, the trim, the tap, and the yield taken honestly at every step from charge to liquid to billet to bar. Carbon is treated as what it is, an element the furnace removes on purpose, while copper is treated as what it is, one that never leaves. Every bundle carries its heat number and the EN 10204 certificate is printed from the works’ own figures.

Every screen in this module, and what is on it

Read off the running application — the panels, the columns, the figures and the buttons that are actually there. Nothing on this page was written for a brochure.

BROCHURE

Take it to the owner

Seven pages: what the module does, the figures it works out, every screen in it, the complete system underneath, and how to book a demo — in English and in Arabic.

And everything a factory needs anyway

The trade module is the part nobody else builds. It sits on top of a complete business system, so there is no second package to buy for the accounts, the stores, the plant or the audit.

On the same ledger as everything else

This module is licensed on its own and starts with a seven-day trial, but it is not a separate system: material, cost and billing land in the same accounts as the rest of the business.
