Electronics assembly

Board assembly, where the things a factory counts are counted in the wrong units and the errors all flatter it. Yield compounds, so five stages at 98% is 90.4%. The moisture clock on a reel is cumulative and does not run backwards when the bag goes back in the cupboard. DPMO depends entirely on what you call an opportunity. And an aperture below an area ratio of 0.66 will not print, whatever the design says.

Every screen in this module, and what is on it

Read off the running application — the panels, the columns, the figures and the buttons that are actually there. Nothing on this page was written for a brochure.

What it works out

Computed by the software, checked against the running system.

The same defects, two thousand times apartFive defects across a hundred boards is 25 DPMO counted by solder joint and 50,000 DPMO counted by board. Identical defects — only the denominator changed.
BROCHURE

Take it to the owner

Seven pages: what the module does, the figures it works out, every screen in it, the complete system underneath, and how to book a demo — in English and in Arabic.

And everything a factory needs anyway

The trade module is the part nobody else builds. It sits on top of a complete business system, so there is no second package to buy for the accounts, the stores, the plant or the audit.

On the same ledger as everything else

This module is licensed on its own and starts with a seven-day trial, but it is not a separate system: material, cost and billing land in the same accounts as the rest of the business.
